2. What data we process and why
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, to answer your enquiry.
- Rental enquiries: the data you provide in the rental form, to inform you about the availability and terms of our units and offices.
- Email or phone communications: the data you send us, to deal with your request.
- Browsing: technical data and, only if you accept, website usage statistics (see the cookie policy).
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you send a form or accept optional cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request, for rental enquiries.
- Legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (for example, spam protection on forms).
4. How long we keep your data
For as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after one year at most.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors under the safeguards required by the GDPR:
- OVH Hispano / OVHcloud (web hosting and email, servers in the European Union).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (reCAPTCHA, to protect the forms against spam; and Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies). Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@cclacolonia.com or by post to the address above, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the website.

The forms on this website are not intended for children under 14.
